You may be interested in<\/strong>:Dominican Republic\u00a0tied\u00a0with USA\u00a0and\u00a0was\u00a0left at the doors of the FIFA U-17 World Cup<\/a><\/p>\n\n\nThe event was held in the James Rodr\u00edguez hall of the Ministry of Sports and was led by the president of the entity, Edwin Castillo (Tatico), along with the member of the Executive Committee, C\u00e9sar Pilarte, the driving force behind the initiative.\n\nThe platform, developed under the Odoo 17 system, constitutes a digital ecosystem that centralizes administrative processes, registration of athletes and coaches, technical training, and managerial management in a single technological infrastructure.\n\n\n

Transparency, Efficiency, and Technical Legacy<\/h3>\n\n\nDuring his intervention, Castillo highlighted that this project is part of the three fundamental pillars of his management for the period 2025-2028: transparency, administrative efficiency, and strengthening of the technical legacy.\n\nAmong the main components of the system is the Digital Census<\/strong>, considered the central axis of the platform. This will allow the creation of a unique and biographical registry of athletes, managers and clubs, completely eliminating data duplication and guaranteeing greater institutional control.\n\nAlso, the Virtual Headquarters<\/strong> was presented, a web portal that will include appointment management, help system (helpdesk) and institutional calendar, tools that will streamline processes and optimize administrative response capacity.\n\nAnother of the advances is the Virtual Abadina Academy<\/strong>, aimed at carrying out online courses with the aim of promoting continuous training and sports education in digital format.\n\nThe platform also includes the automation of accounting processes and online payments, strengthening economic transparency in the management of institutional resources.\n\n\"This is not an improvised project, but the materialization of a vision of years. We are not delivering a simple web page, but a modern, transparent and efficient institution for future generations,\" Castillo expressed.\n\n\n

A consolidated project<\/h3>\n\n\nFor his part, C\u00e9sar Pilarte explained that the initiative was conceived several years ago and that it found in the current board the necessary support for its definitive implementation. He stressed that Odoo 17 is one of the most advanced technological platforms regionally and has more than 15 million users worldwide.\n\nAlso present at the activity were H\u00e9ctor Junior Gil, vice president of Abadina; Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a (Koby), treasurer; Santos Mar\u00eda, press officer; Anthony Fern\u00e1ndez, vocal; and as a special guest Fernando Geraldino, Social Responsibility manager of Seaboard \u201cClean Energy\u201d.\n\nWith this launch, Abadina reaffirms its commitment to innovation and digital transformation in the management of district basketball.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
