We will be monitoring the schedule day by day so that it is completed in the shortest possible time and with the appropriate quality,\" said the minister.\n\nAs explained, engineers project that, if weather conditions permit, the paving of the two blocks currently under construction could be completed by the end of March. However, he\/she pointed out that the priority is for the work to be of the same quality standard as the sections already completed.\n\nBison\u00f3 indicated that permanent coordination is maintained with the executing unit. He detailed that the works include the undergrounding and concatenation of sanitary, electrical, and potable water services, as well as improvements in the filling materials for greater durability.\n\nFor their part, local authorities explained that factors such as the high water table, the presence of groundwater, recent rains, and the technical complexity of the service tunnel have affected the pace of progress. Likewise, it was agreed to work in shorter sections to improve control, agility, and the quality of execution.\n\n\n
