However, in the organization's opinion, the repetition of incidents demonstrates that the necessary corrective measures have not been adopted to guarantee the stability of the electricity transmission and generation system.\n\nThe organization demanded that the central Government, the Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Dominican Electric Transmission Company (ETED), the Superintendency of Electricity, and regulatory bodies offer clear and immediate explanations to the country, as well as publish an independent technical report detailing the real causes of the energy collapse, the institutional responsible parties, and the corrective actions that will be implemented, while warning that these repeated blackouts have direct consequences on the popular economy, increasing production costs and deteriorating the quality of life of Dominicans.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
