Estevez Lavandier, president of the TC, and included welcoming remarks from Dr. Secilio Espinal, magnificent rector of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), the institution that served as the venue for the event.\n\nDuring his intervention, the presiding magistrate highlighted the relevance of this chair as a space for academic reflection and institutional strengthening.
