Almanzar G\u00f3mez, with four years in his previous rank; Carlos Manuel Amancio Lebr\u00f3n, with four years of service; Franklin Bautista Mart\u00ednez; Edgal Bid\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez, with six years; Andr\u00e9s Felipe Boitel Becerra, with seven years; Juan de Jes\u00fas Cepeda Polo, with six years; M\u00e1ximo M.
