Likewise, he reaffirmed APORDOM's support for CESEP to continue raising its operational capacity.<\/p>\n\n\nFrom his side, Rear Admiral <strong>Ventura Garc\u00eda<\/strong> expressed that the certification confirms that the terminal complies with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS), and valued the commitment of the company Offshore Terminal Manzanillo Energy in welcoming the technical recommendations made.\n\nThe certification, issued through Declaration No. 001-2026, is granted in accordance with Chapter XI-2 of the SOLAS Convention and Part A of the ISPS Code, after verifying the implementation of a Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) approved for operations involving liquefied natural gas (LNG) tankers. The document will be valid until March 3, 2031, subject to the corresponding verifications.\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the terminal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nThe Offshore Terminal Manzanillo is located in the Bay of Manzanillo and will be dedicated to receiving Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) ships.
