Likewise, it was found that Mrs. Yahayra Elizabeth F\u00e9lix Cede\u00f1o had not initiated any prior formal process in the licensing system.\n\nInternal records show that he\/she went to request the issuance of the learning card and took turns both at the headquarters and at the Blue Mall office; however, he\/she did not complete the process in either of the two offices.\n\n\n

In accordance with the provisions of Law 63-17 on Mobility, Land Transportation, Transit and Road Safety of the Dominican Republic, no driver sanctioned with the payment of a fine can renew or process their driver's license, nor carry out associated procedures, until they regularize their situation.
