During the meeting, topics related to team management in omnichannel environments, the strategic use of artificial intelligence, the value of generational diversity, and the construction of authentic personal brands were addressed, all topics that connect directly with the way SURA accompanies people and companies in making conscious decisions.\n\n\n<p><strong>Female leadership that drives competitiveness and well-being<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nSeguros SURA reaffirmed that female leadership is a key axis for the country's competitiveness and for the strengthening of more human and collaborative organizational cultures.
