Police records indicate that the minor received beatings from the age of 2.\n\nNow the Prosecutor's Office and the Montevideo Police are investigating the case, especially because in 2025 the Public Ministry ordered the Institute for Children and Adolescents of Uruguay (INAU) to address the situation, but it never did.\n\nMeanwhile, Justice ordered<\/a> preventive detention for 180 days for Correa's father<\/strong>, while the investigation into the mother's role progresses.
