We hope that this accompaniment translates into excellent indicators and results,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nEspinosa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@deultimominutotv\/videos\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@deultimominutotv\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">added<\/a> that the current management of the Comptroller's Office has incorporated new practices aimed at strengthening transparency, including the socialization of internal audit reports with the audited institutions before their final issuance, as well as the strengthening of special investigations, publicly known as the anti-fraud unit.\n\n\n<p><br>Likewise, he explained that one of the key aspects of preventive control is the certification of contracts before goods, services or works are executed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><br>\"Institutions should not authorize the receipt of goods, services or works without the contract having been previously certified by the Comptroller's Office. That record is the one that issues the authorization certificate that enables the start of the execution.
