Donovan, and will aim to \"dismantle and weaken narcoterrorist and cartel networks, and respond to life-threatening crises caused by large-scale natural disasters\".\n\nThe development of this war force will be carried out with the help of AI, which will provide the necessary autonomy for this unprecedented command.\n\n\n
