It is followed by <strong>El Rinconcito Gourmet By Guillercris<\/strong>, with more than <strong>RD$105 million<\/strong>, and <strong>Grupo Hiciano Gruhinc<\/strong>, with around <strong>RD$88 million<\/strong> in awards.\n\nThe analysis shows that, in addition to concentrating most of the spending, in the case of Inversiones Siurana a significant part of these contracts was awarded under the exclusivity modality, a figure that allows contracting a supplier directly.\n\nAccording to the Mercantile Registry and the Assembly Minutes of May 2024, the company is composed of <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis del R\u00edo Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, majority shareholder with <strong>75% of the capital<\/strong>; <strong>Arline Castellanos Sili\u00e9<\/strong>, with <strong>15%<\/strong>, who also serves as manager and legal representative; and <strong>Carmen Lidia Arias Sosa<\/strong>, with the remaining <strong>10%<\/strong>.\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>You can also read: <a href=\"https:\/\/ab.deultimominuto.net\/nacionales\/estado-gasto-rd1152-millones\/\">State spent RD$1,152 million on lunches in 2 years<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\nIn its original constitution, in <strong>2016<\/strong>, the company was almost entirely controlled by the Panamanian entity <strong>Belmira Investments, Inc.<\/strong>, while <strong>Susy Carolina Pineda Chu<\/strong> appeared as a founding partner with minimal participation.\n\nAccording to administrative records, the latter held positions within the State between <strong>2020 and 2023<\/strong> in the <strong>General Directorate of PROMESE\/CAL<\/strong>, one of the institutions that also appears in the survey with food contracts.\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By the time of the analyzed adjudications, his name no longer appears in the company&#8217;s corporate structure.<\/h6>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.- More than RD$600 million pesos, of the total of RD$1,152 million allocated to food services for public employees between January 2024 and April 2026, were awarded to only three companies, according to an analysis presented on the program Bajo el Foco.
