{"id":506645,"date":"2026-05-05T17:35:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T21:35:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/national-treasury-integrates-1109-services-in-sirite-and-exceeds-rd-9366-million-in-collections\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T17:35:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T21:35:50","slug":"national-treasury-integrates-1109-services-in-sirite-and-exceeds-rd-9366-million-in-collections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/national-treasury-integrates-1109-services-in-sirite-and-exceeds-rd-9366-million-in-collections\/","title":{"rendered":"National Treasury integrates 1,109 services in Sirite and exceeds RD 9,366 million in collections"},"content":{"rendered":"<strong>Santo Domingo.-<\/strong> Since the\u00a0<strong>Treasury Revenue Collection System<\/strong>\u00a0(Sirite) began its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gob.do\/noticias\/tesoreria-nacional-integra-1109-servicios-en-sirite-y-supera-los-rd-9366-millones-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">operations <\/a><strong>1,109 available services<\/strong>\u00a0have been incorporated for citizens, for total collections of\u00a0<strong>RD 9,366,739,403<\/strong>\u00a0until April of this year, reported the\u00a0<strong>national treasurer<\/strong>, when leading a mass of thanksgiving for the 97th anniversary of the institution, in which he presented the main management achievements.\u00a0\n\n<strong>Luis Rafael Delgado S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> precisely stated that on that platform a total of <strong>4,612,563 transactions<\/strong> have been carried out by citizens, which demonstrates that every day more people go to request <strong>goods and services<\/strong> from the different governmental institutions.\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the official maintained that during the year 2025 the&nbsp;<strong>National Treasury<\/strong>&nbsp;paid a total of&nbsp;<strong>RD 197,645,061,230<\/strong>&nbsp;to different suppliers and contractors of the State of public institutions. We specify that the Payment Quota is the financial limit assigned to the institutions included in the scope of application of the Single Treasury Account, so that they can order payments\u201d,<\/em> indicated the national treasurer.\n\nHe added that during the past year, <strong>331 sub-accounts<\/strong> were enabled, of which 214 corresponded to projects incorporated into the <strong>Single Treasury Account<\/strong> and 117 to institutions, which allowed expanding the coverage of the system with <strong>2,047 account management<\/strong>, which included openings, signature substitutions, closings and changes.&nbsp;\n\nThis effort was complemented by the administration of <strong>3,481 active accounts<\/strong>, distributed in 966 under the direct management of the National Treasury, 125 belonging to projects <strong>Executing Units of Projects with External Financing<\/strong> (UEPEX) and <strong>2,390<\/strong> from local Governments, said Luis Rafael Delgado S\u00e1nchez.\n\n<em>\u201cIn my management at the head of the National Treasury, transparency, more than words, are facts, as the results certify. We achieved 98% in compliance with the Basic Internal Control Standards (Nobaci) and 96% in the Internal Control Index (ICI). Regarding the Budget Management Index (IGP) we obtained 84%, in the Siscompras System, 95% and in the Public Administration Monitoring System (Sismap), we reached 87% and in Governmental Transparency, 99%,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>added the official.&nbsp;\n\nLuis Rafael Delgado S\u00e1nchez also reported that the National Treasury kept the&nbsp;<strong>digital certifications<\/strong> valid, demonstrating the ongoing commitment to the&nbsp;<strong>digital Government standards<\/strong>&nbsp;established by the&nbsp;<strong>Ogtic.&nbsp;<\/strong>\n\nThe Eucharist was held at the <strong>Las Mercedes Church<\/strong> and presided over by the priest <strong>Frankeli Rodr\u00edguez,<\/strong> who acknowledged the progress made by the National Treasury and encouraged it to continue in the same direction for the benefit of the citizenry.
