{"id":508297,"date":"2026-05-21T19:50:44","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T23:50:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/tss-refunds-over-rd-248-million-to-workers-and-employers\/"},"modified":"2026-05-21T19:50:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T23:50:44","slug":"tss-refunds-over-rd-248-million-to-workers-and-employers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/tss-refunds-over-rd-248-million-to-workers-and-employers\/","title":{"rendered":"TSS refunds over RD 248 million to workers and employers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Santo Domingo.-<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>The Social Security Treasury<\/strong>\u00a0(TSS) announced the reimbursement of\u00a0<strong>RD 248,722,015.86<\/strong>\u00a0in favor of workers and employers, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph II of article 24 of the\u00a0<strong>Regulation of General Aspects of Affiliation<\/strong>\u00a0to the Family Health Insurance of the Contributory Regime.<\/p>\n\n\nThis refund refers to the contributions of affiliates who receive salaries from <strong>two or more employers simultaneously<\/strong>, when the sum of these contributions <strong>exceeds the contribution ceiling<\/strong> of the Family Health Insurance, established at <strong>ten national minimum wages<\/strong>, during the period January to December 2025. In addition, it includes the return of per capita paid for additional dependents and not distributed <strong>until December 31, 2025.<\/strong>\n\n\n<p>Of the aforementioned amount,&nbsp;<strong>RD 77,067,555.24<\/strong>&nbsp;was distributed among&nbsp;<strong>7,179 workers<\/strong>, deposited in most cases directly into their personal accounts at the Banco de Reservas.
