According to the record, after a scrape between vehicles, Gelabert Gonz\u00e1lez initiated a discussion with Arias Gonz\u00e1lez and subsequently hit him in the face, causing him several injuries.\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We recommend reading: <a href=\"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/nacionales\/entreganegromaloagresortrae\/\">\"Negro Malo\" one of the alleged aggressors of the TRAE driver in Santo Domingo Oeste surrenders<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\nThe document also indicates that the defendant would have assaulted Ybianca Yinet Castillo, the driver's assistant, after she complained about what happened, as well as Wilkins Emergido, who tried to record the assault with his cell phone.\n\nFurthermore, the Public Ministry indicated that three teenage students who were inside the bus panicked and got off the vehicle after witnessing the altercation.\n\nAuthorities reported that the actions attributed to the defendant were recorded by the surveillance cameras installed on the bus. The recordings will be sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif) for analysis and subsequent incorporation as evidence in the judicial process.\n\nThe hearing for the knowledge of the coercive measure was scheduled for this Monday at noon.
