"I know everyone wants to know if I'm going to play next year, but I need time to figure out my future. I don't want to make any crazy decisions, the most important thing right now is to be there for my teammates and coaches that I love; I'm just sorry about how the season ended," said a Kelce on the verge of tears.
Travis, considered one of the best tight ends in NFL history, spoke during the broadcast of 'New Heights', a podcast he hosts with his brother Jason, a Philadelphia Eagles legend.

It was the player's first appearance since the Chiefs' loss last Sunday in Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The tight end highlighted the good physical condition he is in to continue despite his 35 years, although he also acknowledged the deterioration his body has suffered after more than a decade at the highest level.
"I've been lucky in the last five or six years, I've played more football than anyone else. That's a huge drain on the body, which has to be constantly alert, that process is exhausting, it can weigh you down and make you better or drive you crazy at the same time, that happened this last year, I was going crazy," he admitted.
A blow of humility
The native of Westlake, Ohio, explained that the defeat in the Super Bowl LIX, which could have been the Chiefs' third consecutive Lombardi Trophy win, something no one has ever achieved, was a humbling blow for their franchise.
“Reality is very hard. It’s life. This sport can humble you very quickly. One day it showers you with praise, takes you to the moon and another day it completely buries you. Not everything can go as we plan. We found a way in the past, we were known for finding a way; this year it wasn’t like that,” he admitted.
