Ramon Mercedes Tolentino Peña, better known as Ramon Tolentino, is a Dominican journalist, television and radio host, professor and writer. He was born in 1980 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, being the second of a set of twins.
Tolentino is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), where he earned a bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism major. In addition, he complemented his training in the Dominican Institute of Journalism (IDP), thus strengthening their preparation in the media.
