San Pedro de Macoris.- A young woman and a young man lost their lives on Wednesday night after being run over in a tragic accident that occurred in the Eastern Highway, next to Juan Dolio, in the province Saint Peter of Macoris.
According to preliminary information, the victims were travelling in a motorcycle when they were hit by a SUV of unknown details. Minutes later, the young woman was attacked again by a truck, aggravating the fatality of the incident.
So far, the authorities have not revealed the identity of the deceased. More details about the case are expected to be released in the coming hours.
