Moscow.- He President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, confirmed this Friday during a video conference with his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolás Maduro, that the strategic partnership agreement between the two countries is ready and reiterated his invitation to the Bolivarian leader to visit Moscow for its signing.
