Holy Sunday. – He urban singer Johan Manuel Nova, conocido como «The Golden Subject 24», arrived this Thursday at Palace of Justice of Ciudad Nueva, where it is expected that in the course of the afternoon he will be given a coercive measure after being accused of gender violence by his partner, Nayely Nicole Sánchez Batista.
The artist was transferred from the Unit for the Care of Victims of Gender Violence, Domestic Violations, and Sexual Offenses, with his head covered to avoid being captured by the press. Upon his arrival, escorted by National Police officers, he appeared calm and stated: “Calm down, nothing’s wrong,” despite the expectation generated by the case.
So far, the Public Ministry has not yet formally deposited the request for coercive measures, which has delayed the process. However, the file is expected to be submitted to the court in the coming hours for the hearing to proceed.
