Alofoke Media Group and LVP construction company give apartment to "El Elegido"

Santo Domingo.- Alofoke Media Group and the real estate construction company LVP Real Estate Investment formally delivered an apartment to Samil Guzmán Bautista, known as “El Elegido” (The Chosen One), a prize he received in the reality show La Casa de Alofoke 2. Visibly emotional, "The Chosen One" thanked God and those responsible for the project for making possible what he called a dream come true.

“Thanks to LVP, to Santiago Matías, for their support and for this gift. A year ago I didn't think I would have what I have today. First thanks to God and then to them. May God bless them greatly,” he expressed.

He also stated that, after obtaining his home, one of his next goals is to travel to the United States with his mother.

"Grateful to God for putting people with a heart as noble as Santiago Matías and his team, who have done so much for us. I am very happy," she affirmed.

For his part, Heinrich Kunhardt, sales manager of LVP Real Estate Investment, highlighted that the delivery is part of the company's social commitment to bring decent housing solutions to Dominican families. She pointed out that the construction company is developing various projects focused on quality of life, including residential projects located in Santo Domingo Este, Ciudad Juan Bosch, Rivera Verde, and Jacobo Majluta Avenue. The delivery of the property reaffirms the alliance between Alofoke Media Group and LVP Real Estate Investment, as well as their commitment to positively impact the lives of young talents and their families through initiatives that go beyond the screen.
