After his death, representatives of Conatra and Ruta SO attributed the fatal outcome to the “stress and pressure” generated by the conflicts surrounding the operation of the route in Santiago Oeste. They denounced that the drivers face constant aggressions by opponents who attack the drivers and damage the units.

Likewise, Conatra announced that it will continue the pending legal processes so that the operation of the SO Route is validated, ensuring that this battle will remain alive in memory of Mario Ureña.
