Dozens of residents of the municipal district of Las Galeras held a peaceful march demanding that the National Institute of Potable Water and Sewers (INAPA) fulfill the promise to normalize the water service in the community.
The march representatives, Olympia Dubischar and Aurora Adamo, explained that the mobilization was maintained as a sign of firmness and vigilance in the face of the promises made by the authorities.
It is recalled that last Friday, during a meeting between municipal authorities, community members, and INAPA, a period of 15 days was requested to begin responding to the communities and presenting concrete solutions to the problems of the water service.
Despite that commitment, the community members decided to continue with the call to make it clear that Las Galeras is a community of its word, united and attentive to the fulfillment of the established deadlines.
