Banreservas incorporates new users during its 11th banking day in San Juan de la Maguana

The financial institution has facilitated banking inclusion for more than a million Dominicans in various areas of the country San Juan de la Maguana. - Banco de Reservas held its eleventh banking day in this community this Saturday, where hundreds of people accessed financial services and products, in addition to participating in talks on personal finance. During the day held at the Santo Domingo Autonomous University (UASD) campus, through the program Bancarizar es Patria, attendees opened accounts, received their debit cards and accessed other facilities that reaffirm Banreservas' commitment to financial inclusion in this province and nearby communities. The activity was led by Alieska Díaz, Senior Executive Vice President of Administration, who stated that Bancarizar es Patria is not just a journey that pursues figures, but an action of economic justice and social equity.

"With this firm conviction, our institution has facilitated banking inclusion to more than a million compatriots who have opened their accounts with the minimum requirement of their identity card, eliminating cumbersome procedures that previously hindered their entry into the financial system," expressed Díaz.

He added that opening an account with the facilities offered by Banreservas is the first step towards more inclusive goals, such as saving, planning, investing, and building one's own financial history.

"Every account opened is a firm step towards a future full of hope; it is a bridge between the present of a mother saving for her children's education and their future," she maintained.

Banreservas has developed these days in vulnerable sectors such as Capotillo, Villa Juana, Sabana Perdida, San Carlos, Ensanche La Fe and Domingo Savio, as well as in municipalities of provinces such as Santiago, San Cristóbal, La Altagracia and Hato Mayor, among others.
