Santo Domingo.- The Public Ministry valued as a recognition of its fight against organized crime, that the plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice accepted its arguments to reject the appeal for cassation of former deputy Rosa Amalia Pilarte López, a decision that will allow the State to seize movable and immovable property valued at billions of pesos as a result of money laundering.
This is the list of the goods and properties occupied by the Public Ministry and seized in the courts from Pilarte, which are the following:
1- A plot of land of 3,081.41 mt2, located within the scope of parcel number 157 of cadastral district number 29, of the municipality of La Vega, located in the community El Quemao, entrance La Represa, Manga Larga, La Vega, protected by title certificate number 110, issued by the Title Registrar of La Vega. 2- Property identified as a portion of land, with a surface area of 3,081.41 mt2, located within the scope of parcel number 157 of cadastral district number 29, of the municipality La Vega, located in the community El Quemao, entrance La Represa, Manga Larga, La Vega, protected by title certificate number 110, issued by the Title Registrar of La Vega. 3- The property identified as 313295647592, with a surface area of 728.11 square meters, protected by registration number 0300032450, issued by the title registrar of La Vega. 4- The property identified as 313295645621, with a surface area of 811.45 square meters, protected by registration number 4000250918, issued by the title registrar of La Vega, said property is located in La Vega. 5- The property identified as 313295642420, with a surface area of 682.50 square meters, protected by registration number 03000163269, issued by the title registrar of La Vega, said property is located in the municipality of La Vega.You can also read: SCJ ratifies prison sentence for former deputy Rosa Pilarte
6- The property identified as 313295645289, with a surface area of 1,492.42 square meters, protected by registration number 0300025416, issued by the title registrar of La Vega. 7- The property identified as parcel number 11, of cadastral district number 25 of the municipality of La Vega, with a surface area of 28,273.00 square meters, protected by registration number 0300018330, issued by the title registrar of La Vega, said property is located in Arroyo Hondo, Río Verde Arriba, La Vega. 8- Commercial premises number 26, built on the second floor, within plot number 41-C of Cadastral District number 05 of the municipality of La Vega, with a surface area of 31.55 square meters, protected by registration number 0300012164. 9- The property identified as functional unit B-1, identified as 313295767873: B-1, registration number 0300011626, of the condominium Edificio Jossierie Santos 1, located in La Vega, consisting of its own sector identified as SP-01-01-002, located on level 01, of block 01, intended for premises, with an area of 46.86 square meters. 10- The property identified as 312166208949, with a surface area of 1,728.69 square meters, protected by registration number 0300018479, issued by the title registrar of La Vega, property, located in the municipality of Jarabacoa. 11- A portion of land with a surface area of 15,251.20 square meters, within plot number 157 of Cadastral District number 29 of the municipality of La Vega, protected by registration number 0300023805. 12- A portion of land with a surface area of 11,314.00 square meters, within plot number 23, of Cadastral District number 25 of the municipality of La Vega, protected by registration number 0300012984. 13- The property within plot 1-Refounded, Block 33, of Cadastral District number 01 La Vega, commercial premises number 1-04-B, with an area of 19.04 square meters, protected by registration number 0300012136. 14- The property identified within parcel number 108, portion G-1, of cadastral district number 05, of the municipality of Jarabacoa, La Vega province, with a surface area of 628,863.50 square meters, protected by registration number 0300020203. The Public Ministry maintained that Pilarte was part of a criminal network dedicated to money laundering from drug trafficking, led by her husband, Miguel Arturo López (known as Miky), prosecuted in La Vega and linked to the drug trafficker Pablo Martínez. López was deported from the United States in 2016. The decision, ratified today, dictates that the five-year prison sentence must be served at the Rafey Women's Penitentiary Center in Santiago.
