Asociación Cibao presented its Mortgage Alliances Program in Santo Domingo, an institutional initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration with developers and real estate agents, thus consolidating a more robust, agile and efficient mortgage ecosystem.
This program, initiated in 2025 in the northern zone of the country, is part of the institutional transformation that Asociación Cibao is undergoing, focused on innovation, efficiency, and the creation of value for all actors linked to the sector.
Victoria Thomas, second vice president of Business Alliances and SMEs, explained that this initiative has a structured model that drives joint growth, by incorporating a formal referral scheme that integrates clear, competitive and transparent commissions; as well as specialized support and agile evaluation processes, aimed at optimizing the experience of both the allies and future owners.
“With this program, we strengthen our mortgage ecosystem through strategic alliances. We want to work more closely with our developers and real estate agents, accompany them at every stage of the process, and offer them a transparent model that promotes sustainable and long-term relationships,” highlighted the executive.
The program not only benefits business partners, but also directly benefits hundreds of families seeking access to decent housing, by facilitating more agile financing processes and comprehensive support, which in turn increases demand and accelerates the commercialization of housing projects.
