Iran raises the death toll to 430 and the number of injured to 3,500 in the attacks with Israel

Tehran (EFE).- The Iranian Ministry of Health raised this Saturday to 430 the number of deaths and to 3,500 the number of injured in the military offensive launched by Israel against the Persian country on June 13th. "Since the beginning of Israel's attacks against Iran, 430 civilians have died and more than 3,500 people have suffered injuries of varying severity," the ministry indicated in a statement reported by Iranian media such as Iran Front Page. The health portfolio did not offer more details about the victims of the Israeli bombings. The latest official count on Sunday put the death toll at 224 and the injured at 1,257.

However, the US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), which relies on press reports and its own sources, put the death toll this morning at 722 and the number of injured at 2,546. This is a count that continues to rise in a conflict that shows no signs of stopping, as the death of two people was reported last night in a residential building in the central city of Qom.
