Santo Domingo. — With the aim of opening more job opportunities for Dominican youth, ManpowerGroup Dominican Republic and the Universidad Domínico Americano (UNICDA) signed a strategic agreement that connects academia with the labor market and strengthens the professional training of young people.
The agreement was signed by Natalia Vásquez Guzmán, country director of ManpowerGroup, and Ramón Antonio Sosa Alcántara, rector and executive director of UNICDA, during an event held in Santo Domingo.
Vásquez Guzmán highlighted that the alliance is part of the organization's global mission to connect talent with opportunities in a transparent and data-driven manner.

For his part, Rector Sosa Alcántara considered that this agreement represents an important step forward for the academic community.
“Through this collaboration our students will have access to practical experiences, relevant information about the market and real opportunities for job placement”, he indicated.

- Access to studies and labor market analysis, which will allow UNICDA to strengthen the relevance of its academic offer.
- Priority publication of vacancies and job opportunities aimed at students and graduates.
- Conferences and training programs given by ManpowerGroup specialists in areas such as employability, leadership and digital transformation.
- Recruitment campaigns focused on young people trained in the institution.
