Hola Gente was an emblematic Dominican television program, hosted by the outstanding presenter Tania Báez. This variety show kept its audience captivated for 15 years, from its premiere on July 7, 1997, until its farewell on December 30, 2012.

Broadcast by Antena Latina, Channel 7, the program aired on Saturdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., establishing itself as a reference in national television.

Hola Gente integrated several segments that captured the public's interest, such as "Cambio Radical" (Radical Change), where image experts advised women to transform their style; "Voz de la Calle" (Voice of the Street), which reflected the opinions of the common citizen; "Hola Gente Busca su Fan #1" (Hola Gente Looks for its #1 Fan), dedicated to rewarding the loyalty of its followers; and "Mujeres Súper Viva" (Super Alive Women), a television series that conveyed positive and encouraging messages.

Another of the outstanding projects was "Los 10 Más Bellos de Hola Gente", carried out every two years with the aim of raising funds for social causes, showing the program's commitment to social responsibility.

After Hola Gente, Tania Báez continued her career in radio and in television projects for seasons, such as the program "Revelaciones", broadcast for eight weeks on Telesistema, channel 11. In addition, she joined her daughters Techy and Karla Fatule in the radio space "Las Hijas de su Madre", broadcast Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on CDN La Radio, 92.5 FM, where they address topics of health, entertainment, music, cooking and fitness, with the participation of experts in each area.
