Iran is fully prepared for a new war, even better than before its last conflict with Israel and the US, according to the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, Seyed Abbas Araghchi. In an interview with RT, the chancellor responded to the question of whether the possibility of new US attacks against his country or even a larger-scale operation is admitted. "Well, obviously, we do not reject that possibility. But we are fully prepared for it. Even better prepared than last time," Araghchi replied.

This preparation, he specified, is not to desire a new war but to prevent it because "the best way to prevent a war is to be prepared for it". In this line, it was mentioned that the Iranian authorities have "recovered everything that was damaged in the last aggression". "If they want to repeat the same failed experience, they are free to do so, but they will not get better results," he assured. '12-Day War' On the morning of June 13, Israel launched an unprovoked attack against Iran, which degenerated into an exchange of offensives with missiles and drones between both nations. During the so-called '12-day war', the targets of the Hebrew country were the nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic, military commanders and high-ranking officials, as well as nuclear scientists. Several of them were assassinated along with family members. The confrontation intensified when the U.S. joined the aggression, attacking three important Iranian nuclear facilities. President Donald Trump then assured that the Persian country's nuclear program had been "destroyed", an assessment that was questioned by Washington's own intelligence. Tehran responded to the U.S. offensive by launching an attack against the largest U.S. military base in the Middle East, located in Qatar. On June 24, Tel Aviv and Tehran announced a ceasefire that ended the clashes.
