He added that all drones launched by Kyiv were destroyed and no casualties or damage were reported from the fall of their fragments. The head of Russian diplomacy emphasized that this action "was committed during intense negotiations between Russia and the United States to resolve the Ukrainian conflict." Lavrov assured that Moscow has no intention of withdrawing from the negotiation process with Washington, but will review its position with regard to the Ukrainian settlement. "Given the complete degeneration of the criminal regime in Kyiv, which has veered towards a policy of state terrorism, Russia's negotiating positions will be reconsidered," he said. In addition, he announced that Kiev's actions "will not go unpunished." "The objectives of the retaliatory attacks and the time at which the Russian Armed Forces will implement them have been determined," the minister assured. Meanwhile, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko accused the Kyiv authorities of committing "provocations" to try to frustrate the peace negotiations, as the process enters a "delicate phase of seeking solutions".
