This rainy activity, produced by the east wind and local effects, will persist during the morning and, in the afternoon, will extend to other provinces such as Duarte, Hermanas Mirabal, Monte Plata, sectors of Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macorís, Monseñor Nouel, La Vega and Puerto Plata, prevailing over the Cibao during the night hours.
