"The next attack will be much worse": Trump warns Iran that "time is running out"

The US President, Donald Trump, has once again issued a warning to Iran, assuring that a "huge" Armada is heading towards the Persian country. "A huge Armada is heading to Iran. It is moving rapidly, with great power, enthusiasm, and determination. It is a larger fleet than the one sent to Venezuela, headed by the great aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln," the president detailed in a post on Truth Social. "As with Venezuela, it is ready, willing, and able to quickly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary," he warned.

Faced with this, Trump expressed hope that Tehran would "quickly" sit at the negotiating table to reach "a fair, equitable and non-nuclear weapons agreement", which, according to the leader of the North American country, will be "good for all parties".

"Time is running out, it's really essential!" he stated, recalling the Midnight Hammer operation of last June 21st against the Islamic Republic, when Washington launched an attack against three nuclear facilities in the country in order to destroy the Iranian nuclear program. "The next attack will be much worse! Don't let that happen again," Trump concluded. This Tuesday, the US president announced that a "wonderful Navy" is now heading towards Iran, days after the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and its strike group deployed to the Middle East, leaving the Persian country within reach of potential attacks. According to Israeli media reports, the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and its strike group are already in the vicinity of the Islamic Republic, within range for a potential attack against Iranian territory. Furthermore, it was reported that the U.S. had deployed more Patriot surface-to-air missile systems and THAAD air defense systems in the Middle East. Trump has not ruled out the possibility of a military attack against Iran with a view to provoking a change of government, which he accuses of retaliating against the violent anti-government protests, now contained, and of developing nuclear weapons. For its part, Tehran denies the alleged military nature of its atomic development and blames Western countries for the large number of deaths that occurred during the protests, for infiltrating terrorists among the protesters.
