Universal Pictures has confirmed that Fast & Furious 11, which will be the eleventh and, in principle, last installment of the successful Fast & Furious franchise, will be released in theaters in March 2028. In the United States, the date set is March 17, 2028.
The announcement was made by Vin Diesel through his social media, where he also revealed that the film could be titled Fast Forever, a name that reinforces the closing and legacy character of one of the highest-grossing sagas in film history.
For the moment, no additional details about the plot have been revealed, nor has it been officially confirmed who will be in charge of directing, although the return of Louis Leterrier, responsible for Fast & Furious X, is expected.
Vin Diesel will once again lead the cast, accompanied by a large ensemble that includes Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Momoa, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Brie Larson, Jason Statham, Charlize Theron, Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot, Helen Mirren, among other usual faces of the franchise.
