Santiago.- Various personalities from the political, judicial, and military fields attended this Friday the funeral home Fuentes de Luz, in Santiago, to express their condolences and show solidarity with the Attorney General of the Republic, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, following the death of her father, Professor Ramón Darío Reynoso González, which occurred last Thursday at the age of 71.
Among the authorities who attended the wake were the Vice President of the Republic, Raquel Peña; the Minister of Interior and Police, Faride Raful; the Director General of the National Police, Major General, Andrés Modesto Cruz Cruz; the president of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD), José Manuel Cabrera Ulloa; the head of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca), Wilson Camacho; magistrate Olga Diná Llaverías, director of the National Directorate for Children, Adolescents and Family (Dinnaf); as well as the mayor of Santiago, Ulises Rodríguez, the governor of Santiago, Rosa Santos, the engineer, Andrés Cueto, among other personalities.

The educator's body remains exposed this Friday at the Campo Santo Fuentes de Luz until 6:00 p.m., where family, friends, and loved ones have come to pay tribute and accompany the prosecutor and her family in this moment of sorrow. During the funeral, a Mass with the body present is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at the same cemetery, a ceremony in which prayers will be offered for the eternal rest of the professor. Subsequently, the remains will be transferred to the municipality of La Isabela, where he was originally from, to receive a Christian burial in the company of family and friends. Professor Ramón Darío Reynoso González passed away at a health center in Santiago. He resided in the community of El Higo, in the municipality of Luperón, Puerto Plata province, where he was recognized for his career as an educator and for his connection with the community.
