The Puerto Rican singer Zion became a trend on social media after his appearance as a guest at Nicky Jam's concert "El Regreso a Casa" (The Homecoming), held at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot. The event marked Nicky Jam's return to the emblematic stage after a 10-year absence.
The presentation of Zion caused concern among fans and followers on social media due to his movements and gestures on stage. Many left strong comments insinuating that the artist was allegedly under the influence of prohibited substances, however, after intense rumors about the artist, details resurfaced that the singer's gestures are a consequence of a serious car accident he suffered in October 2025, a situation that kept him hospitalized in the Trauma Unit of the Medical Center of Río Piedras.

In an interview given in 2025 to the media outlet La Junta Plus, Zion revealed that he went through critical moments after the accident, including seizures, hospitalizations, and several weeks in a coma. According to him, the doctors indicated that his complete recovery could take up to two years, making it clear that what has been seen in his latest appearances is nothing more than a result of the damage caused by his accident. During the first concert function, Nicky Jam, in addition to Zion, was accompanied by artists such as Ñejo, Justin Quiles, Lenny Tavárez, Cosculluela, Lunay and Zion. For the second night, Jowell and Randy, Tito El Bambino, Valentino, J Balvin and DJ Luian also participated.
