Los Ángeles - Hispanic-Cuban actress Ana de Armas and Romanian-American Sebastian Stan will star in ‘Impunity’, a spy thriller by award-winning Chilean filmmaker Felipe Gálvez about the arrest and international trial against Augusto Pinochet in London, in 1998.
The project has been filmed between Chile, the United Kingdom, and Spain to portray one of the most important legal cases of the 20th century, in which for the first time a dictator could face the possibility of losing his immunity and being judged outside the borders of his own country, as reported this Tuesday by Variety magazine.
Produced by the Spanish subsidiary of Rei Pictures, the British Quiddity and the new Chilean production company Ronda Cine, along with Les Films du Worso, in France, and Zeta Studios, in Spain, the cast is completed by the Chileans Alfredo Castro ('Tony Mareno'), Antonia Zegers ('La Tortuga') and Alejandro Goic ('Los años salvajes').
