Santo Domingo.-The General Directorate of Traffic and Ground Transportation Safety (DIGESETT) reported that agents have been, since the night of Friday, May 1, facilitating traffic at the intersection of Tiradentes and 27 de Febrero avenues, where the total closure of the overpass in both directions remains.
This closure, in place since last Friday at 10:00 PM, is in response to maintenance work being carried out by the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) on the structure, which will extend until next Monday, May 4th.
Faced with this situation, DIGESETT agents remain deployed at strategic points in the area, regulating traffic, guiding drivers, and facilitating mobility on the alternate routes that have been enabled.
