As part of the agreement, both institutions will incorporate the use of the UltiCabinet® platform in educational evaluation and research projects, with the purpose of strengthening the organization, safeguarding, and traceability of the technical documentation generated within the framework of the joint initiatives. The agreement also contemplates the implementation of a specialized technical component that includes the platform's enablement, the training of ITLA staff in its use, and its integration into the documentary flows and digital repositories linked to evaluation, monitoring, research, and systematization processes. In addition, a technical support scheme is established during the implementation phase, along with monitoring and evaluation mechanisms aimed at measuring the impact of the tool on the production of technical reports and on the strengthening of educational public policies. Among the main areas of action of the agreement are the continuous training of personnel in document management and digital tools, specialized technical support, monitoring and evaluation of processes, and the promotion of institutional digital transformation.
