In an audiovisual, Senator Omar Fernández highlighted the work of Ana Espinosa, president of the Noemí Foundation, who has dedicated a large part of her life to the care and protection of children and adolescents in dangerous situations, despite having faced the loss of her biological daughter a few days after her birth.
More than one million pesos received by the Senatorial Office of the National District through the Gadiel Fund will be used to strengthen the food, care, and support programs developed by the Noemí Foundation for the benefit of hundreds of children.

"Because of women like Ana Espinosa, our country moves forward. Women who dedicate their lives to serving others and to providing hope to those who need it most. These resources do not belong to any senator; they belong to the people and must reach those who really need them, like these children," expressed Omar Fernández. For his part, Espinosa thanked the support provided by the Senatorial Office and urged citizens, companies, and institutions to join initiatives that contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable children.
