Santo Domingo. – The victims' lawyer, Yan Carlos Martínez, informed that this Monday the participation of the affected parties and their legal representatives in the preliminary hearing of the Jet Set case concluded, where the main arguments were presented before the court.
Martínez explained that, according to the expert report, the collapse of the establishment's roof occurred due to a 126% overload, in addition to the lack of maintenance and structural modifications made on the premises.
The jurist emphasized that the process is not about "who tells a better story", but about establishing the truth of the facts.
