Machuca Entertainment announces the MTS Infinito platform

Nagua. - The Provincial Government Hall of María Trinidad Sánchez, Nagua, was the setting for the launch of the project platform created by Machuca Entertainment, MTS Infinito, which aims to project the province of María Trinidad Sánchez to the world through culture, tourism, fashion, wellness, beauty and sport through three major events: Nagua in Color, Miss María Trinidad Sánchez and MTS Fashion Week. The purpose is to create experiences that elevate identity, provincial pride, and sustainable tourism, integrating institutions, entrepreneurs, artists, and the community. This was reported by Carlos Machuca, general director of Machuca Entertainment, who announced that the "Nagua in Color" event is scheduled for May 2026 under the slogan: "Run, feel and celebrate", which will take place at the Boutique Hotel of Lake Nagua.

"It will be a unique sporting experience that will combine sport, fun and color in the heart of the Boutique Hotel del Lago - Villas del Lago. More than a race, it will be a value proposition that promotes sport, well-being and local tourism, integrating the entire community in an environment full of energy, music and joy," he explained. Similarly, they will hold "Miss María Trinidad Sánchez", considered the official beauty, culture, and female leadership pageant that represents the identity and pride of the province, promoting its women as ambassadors of talent, elegance, and values.

Its motto will be “Where beauty is born that will represent the world” and will have as hostess the current queen, Delisa Francisco, Miss María Trinidad Sánchez 2025 and current Miss Cosmo Dominican Republic.

According to Mr. Machuca, this event aims to inspire the women of the province to believe in their potential and become agents of positive change, showing that true beauty comes from commitment, authenticity, and love for their land. Finally, by November 2026, they plan to develop the “MTS Fashion Week”, a world-class fashion event that connects creativity, tourism, and sustainability, positioning María Trinidad Sánchez as a new epicenter of Caribbean fashion. "This activity will have as its slogan Fashion sets its sights on María Trinidad Sánchez and is inspired by the spirit of a new creative era, mixing fashion, technology, sustainability and inspiration and highlighting the talent of designers with local roots such as Nina Vásquez, a native of Nagua and Wilson Alcéquiez from Cabrera, both confirmed for the event, Machuca highlighted. The agenda to announce MTS Infinito concluded with a tour of the most emblematic tourist places of María Trinidad Sánchez, such as Laguna Dudú and Laguna Gri Gri in Río San Juan, thanks to Ureña Tour, as well as a boat trip through Laguna Gri-Gri and a boat tour of its exuberant beaches and natural pools, thanks to Grigri Explorer Tour, where special guests and representatives of various media outlets delighted in its beauty, while enjoying a typical lunch at Playita Gri Gri.
