"This project is one of the great projects that this National Congress must know and with which we are making our contribution to reduce the legislative backlog and fulfill our mandate to provide the country with the necessary laws for the legal system," Pacheco expressed.

The legislator valued the arduous work done by the Senate of the Republic for the approval of the project, as well as the work carried out by the deputies commissioned to study the legislative piece.

“We want to thank the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch, the Attorney General's Office, the Public Defender's Office, who worked hard to defend fundamental rights, as we have done here in Congress,” he stated.

Also, the president of the Permanent Justice Commission, deputy Wandy Batista, said that during the study of the project in the commission, they worked with reflection, seriousness and with science, to try to have a balanced criterion, which is what corresponds as legislators.
