Azua.– In order to strengthen the quality and efficiency of the education system, the Regional Education Directorate 03 of Azua held the Seminar on Good Practices in Decentralized Management, an initiative aimed at the exchange of successful experiences between educational centers.
The activity, organized by the Regional Decentralization Department, brought together educational authorities, technicians, and representatives from different districts, in a space focused on promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and institutional strengthening.
The regional director, Jorge Antonio De Los Santos, led the opening ceremony, highlighting that decentralization is a key tool for optimizing educational management and bringing decision-making closer to the centers.

During the day, the regional technician Alexis Castillo presented the advances and challenges of the decentralization process, while the national technician Juan Carlos Peña valued the impact of these initiatives on the transformation of the education system at the national level.
In the seminar, experiences of good practices implemented in educational centers of the different districts of the regional area were presented, evidencing positive results in administrative and pedagogical management.
The activity concluded with the presentation of recognitions to the participating centers, highlighting their commitment to educational excellence and the strengthening of the decentralized management model.
