Santo Domingo. – Key witness Gregory Adames assured this Monday, during the preliminary hearing of the Jet Set collapse case, that the establishment's structure showed visible flaws before the tragedy.
"That happened again and again, the pieces were seen on the ground," he stated before the court, when describing what, according to his testimony, were recurring signs of deterioration in the place.
