PRM strengthens its political structure in Azua with the integration of a community leader into the Carolina 2028 project

Azua.– In a move aimed at strengthening its political structure and community in the province of Azua, the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) swore in this Wednesday the social leader José Francisco Méndez, known as “El Secre”, as a new member of the officialist organization and of the presidential project of Carolina Mejía. The swearing-in was led by the provincial president of the PRM in Azua, Carlos Ramírez, who highlighted Méndez's community trajectory and leadership developed in different sectors of the province. The political act is part of the territorial strengthening actions that the PRM is developing with a view to consolidating its structure in the face of the 2028 electoral scenario, at a time when different presidential projects are beginning to mobilize supporters within the officialist organization.

Leaders present valued the integration of Méndez as an important step to broaden the party's connection with the communities and reinforce the political and social work in Azua. During the activity, PRM representatives highlighted that the incorporation of community leaders responds to a vision of growth based on unity, social work, and the active participation of leaders with influence in their communities. The entry of "El Secre" into the ruling party takes place in a context of reorganization and political activism within the PRM, an organization that is beginning to outline leadership and structures with a view to the presidential elections of the year 2028.
