Santo Domingo.– Gregory Adames, former employee of the Jet Set nightclub, participated this Friday as a guest on the reality show Planeta Alofoke, where he offered his version of the events that occurred in that establishment, stating that the situation could have been prevented.
During the interview, Adames maintained that for years there were structural problems in the premises, especially leaks in the roof, which, according to him, worsened after the pandemic. He assured that these conditions were known and that they repeatedly generated complaints.
The former employee explained that he warned that the problem was not in the air conditioning systems, but in the deterioration of the roof. "There are videos where the water falling is observed and they even said that the water was from the air conditioners but it wasn't from the air," he said.
Likewise, it was pointed out that some interventions carried out on the structure, such as the excessive use of fine concrete, would have affected key areas of the place, which, in his opinion, contributed to worsening the situation.
