Santo Domingo Este. – The East Electricity Distribution Company (Edeeste) informs the community of Hainamosa and surrounding areas that the HAMO02 circuit is out of service due to a major fault in the underground cables emanating from the Hainamosa Substation.
The distribution company indicates that, since the early hours of today, technical personnel have been deployed in the area carrying out excavations and evaluations to determine the extent of the damage and proceed with the necessary repairs. This is a highly complex job, so the work could extend for several hours.
The impacted sectors are: Cristo Salvador, Invicéa, Corporanea, Los Pinos, Nuevo Paraíso, Ramón Matías Mella, Residencial Corales, Villa Liberación, El Almirante, Buenaventura II, Corambar, Caña Linda, Pradera del Ingenio, El Bonito, Nueva Estancia, Escuela Vocacional and Barrio Los Militares.
Edeeste informs its customers that quick alternatives are being sought to restore service in the shortest possible time, while the definitive repair is completed.
