INCABIDE auction offers a total of 147 properties throughout the country

Santo Domingo.– The National Institute for Custody and Administration of Seized Assets (INCABIDE) announced the holding of its Public Auction 1-2026, highlighting the sale of a total of 147 assets, becoming one of the most extensive calls made by the entity.

The figure includes a diversity of assets distributed across different categories, reflecting the magnitude of the process. Among the goods to be auctioned are "inmuebles, vehículos, aeronaves, embarcaciones, piezas, relojes y joyas", ranging from residential properties to high-value items.

Within the total of goods offered:

  • More than 90 correspond to properties, including apartments, houses, land, and commercial premises in different provinces of the country.
  • About 20 assets belong to the category of vehicles, aircraft, and vessels.
  • A significant number is composed of lots of parts, scrap metal, and equipment.
  • In addition, dozens of watches and jewelry are included, adding value and variety to the auction.

The INCABIDE highlighted that this large amount of assets seeks to guarantee greater access and investment opportunities for citizens and companies interested in participating in the process. The institution reiterated that the auction will be held under transparency criteria, allowing participants to opt for a wide range of options in the same event.
