National Treasury integrates 1,109 services in Sirite and exceeds RD 9,366 million in collections

Santo Domingo.- Since the Treasury Revenue Collection System (Sirite) began its operations 1,109 available services have been incorporated for citizens, for total collections of RD 9,366,739,403 until April of this year, reported the national treasurer, when leading a mass of thanksgiving for the 97th anniversary of the institution, in which he presented the main management achievements.  Luis Rafael Delgado Sánchez precisely stated that on that platform a total of 4,612,563 transactions have been carried out by citizens, which demonstrates that every day more people go to request goods and services from the different governmental institutions.

On the other hand, the official maintained that during the year 2025 the National Treasury paid a total of RD 197,645,061,230 to different suppliers and contractors of the State of public institutions. In dollars, 175,355,500 were paid and in euros the payment corresponded to the figure of 9,247,885. 

Similarly, he maintained that the National Treasury managed to reach 229 institutions in the Single Treasury Account (CUT), strengthening that record of deposits.

“Also, from January to December of last year 2025, we carried out 3,497 batches of Payment Quota Management to different groups of sub-accounts, in the different currencies handled by the National Treasury. We specify that the Payment Quota is the financial limit assigned to the institutions included in the scope of application of the Single Treasury Account, so that they can order payments”, indicated the national treasurer. He added that during the past year, 331 sub-accounts were enabled, of which 214 corresponded to projects incorporated into the Single Treasury Account and 117 to institutions, which allowed expanding the coverage of the system with 2,047 account management, which included openings, signature substitutions, closings and changes.  This effort was complemented by the administration of 3,481 active accounts, distributed in 966 under the direct management of the National Treasury, 125 belonging to projects Executing Units of Projects with External Financing (UEPEX) and 2,390 from local Governments, said Luis Rafael Delgado Sánchez. “In my management at the head of the National Treasury, transparency, more than words, are facts, as the results certify. We achieved 98% in compliance with the Basic Internal Control Standards (Nobaci) and 96% in the Internal Control Index (ICI). Regarding the Budget Management Index (IGP) we obtained 84%, in the Siscompras System, 95% and in the Public Administration Monitoring System (Sismap), we reached 87% and in Governmental Transparency, 99%,” added the official.  Luis Rafael Delgado Sánchez also reported that the National Treasury kept the digital certifications valid, demonstrating the ongoing commitment to the digital Government standards established by the Ogtic.  The Eucharist was held at the Las Mercedes Church and presided over by the priest Frankeli Rodríguez, who acknowledged the progress made by the National Treasury and encouraged it to continue in the same direction for the benefit of the citizenry. The activity was attended by officials, civilians, military personnel, and diplomats accredited in the country.
